How do I place an order?
Configure your part in the catalogue or fill in Place your order. We'll message you on WhatsApp or by email with the quote, shipping and lead time, and once you confirm we get to work.
Is the website price the final price?
It's the price of the part with the options you choose. Shipping is extra. We always confirm the total before you pay.
Can you make a part that isn't on the website?
Yes. We design and print custom parts for any scooter and all kinds of projects. See Custom 3D design and printing or message us on WhatsApp.
02Lead times and shipping
How long will my order take?
It depends on demand, the type of part and the quantity. We give you an estimated lead time in the quote and let you know if it changes.
Where do you ship?
To mainland Spain, the Balearic and Canary Islands, and Europe. The cost depends on the parcel size and destination, and we include it in the quote.
Can I collect it in person?
Yes, in Barcelona. Choose in-person collection on the order form and we'll arrange it with you.
03Payments
How can I pay?
By card on the website's payment page, or by Bizum, PayPal, bank transfer, or in person if you collect in Barcelona.
When do I pay?
When you accept the quote. We start making your part as soon as the payment arrives.
04Parts and fitting
Do the parts affect how the scooter works?
No. We make cosmetic and customisation parts that don't change how the scooter works.
Will it fit my scooter?
Each part is designed for the model you choose. If your scooter isn't listed, we'll design it to measure. And if you have questions about fitting it, we'll help you on WhatsApp.
What are they made of?
It depends on the part: we use rigid materials like PLA+ and flexible ones like TPU, which absorbs vibration and small knocks.
What are the LED lights like?
They're single-colour (not RGB) and you choose the colour when you configure the part.
05Deck vinyls
What design does the vinyl have?
Whatever you like: you send us the photo or image and we turn it into your deck vinyl. Get your price in Deck vinyls.
What if my model isn't available?
We make it in a generic size and you trim it to the shape of your deck yourself.
06Returns and warranty
Can I return a part?
As they are personalised, made-to-order parts, they can't be returned under the right of withdrawal. This doesn't affect your warranty if the part arrives faulty. Full details are in the terms of sale.
What if it arrives broken or faulty?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email as soon as possible with your order number and photos. If you're a consumer you have a 3-year legal warranty, and repair or replacement costs you nothing, shipping included.
