02What data we process
We only collect the data you give us, through the order form, the payment form, by email or on WhatsApp:
- Identification and contact: first name, surname, email, phone and delivery address.
- Order details: product, customisation options, scooter model, measurements, and any text, logos or images you send us for your design.
- Payment details: amount, order number and receipt. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; PRINTE3D never sees or stores them. The same applies to PayPal, Bizum, Revolut and your bank.
- Communications: the messages we exchange to prepare your quote or assist you.
- Browsing: only if you accept analytics cookies, statistical data about how you use the website (see the cookie policy).
Fields marked as required in the forms are needed to prepare and ship your order; without them we cannot process it. If you give us someone else's details (for example, for a gift), you must have their permission.
03What we use it for and on what legal basis

| Sending you news and offers if you are not a customer | Your consent (Art. 6.1.a) |
| Showing photos of completed work on the website and social media, without data that identifies you | Legitimate interest in showing our work. If you don't want your part shown, tell us |
| Measuring website visits | Your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a) |
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
04Marketing communications
We will only send you news and offers by email or WhatsApp in the cases in the table above. Every message will tell you how to unsubscribe, and you can do so at any time by replying “STOP” or writing to [email protected]. Unsubscribing does not affect your orders.
05How long we keep it
- Customer and order data: for as long as the business relationship continues and you don't ask us to delete it. After that, we keep it blocked only for the periods required by law to deal with possible liabilities: six years for accounting records (Spanish Commercial Code), four years for tax-relevant data (General Tax Act) and the legal warranty period for products.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
- Enquiries without an order: as long as needed to reply and, at most, one year.
- Browsing data: the periods stated in the cookie policy.
